Please be reminded:

1. Anatex’s products have a 90-day warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
2. All orders can be canceled unless they have already been shipped. If the customer decides against purchasing the product(s) after the delivery has left Anatex, it is the customer’s responsibility to send back the product at customer’s cost and will also be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Customers must obtain tracking for the package to ensure that it is returned.
3. If the product received is damaged or not working, please contact the manufacturer immediately and either replacement parts or a new unit will be sent out. If a call tag is issued (along with a replacement) and the call tagged product is not returned, the customer will be charged for the merchandise.
